Say Goodbye to Boring S’mores with These Creative Twists

If traditional s’mores give you the snores, it’s time to upgrade your game with some creative s’mores recipes. The easiest route is to simply substitute different ingredients in place of one of the three traditional components. Consider swapping out the graham crackers for cookies or chocolate bars for peanut butter cups. Or, how about tucking new treats inside, like sliced berries or edible cookie dough? You could also try them in a new way, such as s’mores nachos, campfire cones, or even as a camp cocktail. Find these recipes and recommended s’mores cooking gear on Togo RV.

Campers Top Complaints About RV Parks

Have you ever stayed at a campground that didn’t quite meet your expectations? Perhaps you spoke to the manager or even filed a complaint. What are the most common grievances managers and campground hosts hear? First, there are complaints about the parks themselves. Campers express dissatisfaction with sloped or muddy sites, as well as dirty bathrooms. Next, pets are a consistent source of grumbling, especially when they are off-leash or continually barking. Finally, noisy park guests generate a lot of complaints, as voices easily carry in close quarters. The good thing is that camp hosts and managers can often provide assistance, especially when your frustrations are properly brought to attention.

Get Ready for Hummer’s Electric “Supertruck”

GMC is pushing boundaries with the debut 2022 Hummer EV, bringing back the Hummer moniker after more than a decade. This incarnation will start with an electric model, meant to rival the Rivian, Nikola, and Tesla models that are also on the horizon. The electronic “supertruck” features impressive stats under the hood, including the ability to reach around 1,000 horsepower and 1,000 pound-feet. of torque. Weight, payload, and towing numbers have not been released yet, but are expected to meet high expectations, according to Car and Driver. The interior is just as exceptional, with a refined design topped off by a fully removable roof. While the first edition is expected to cost more than $112,000, future models with various options may retail for less than $80,000. An electric Hummer SUV is expected to join the lineup next year.
